Tim and his wife (Stephanie) have been married since 2002 and have four children. As a family, the Sheaffers enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, and serving together. They once spent almost a year in an RV, touring the USA and volunteering with 40+ non-profits.
Tim has previously pastored in youth ministry, adult ministry, and church planting. He is passionate about discipleship (particularly mentorship of men), young families, missions, the intersection of ministry and the marketplace, and the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
Tim earned a B.S. from Northern Arizona University, an M.A. in Ministry from Hope International University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry from Phoenix Seminary. He loves studying God’s Word, being outside, and working with his hands…think: construction projects, chainsaws, and auto mechanics! Tim and Stephanie are founders of a local digital news site and Tim also has his real estate broker license.

“Christianity asserts that every individual human being is going to live forever, and this must be either true or false. Now there are a good many things which would not be worth bothering about if I were going to live only 70 years, but which I had better bother about very seriously if I am going to live forever.” - C.S. Lewis (Mere Christianity)
